Purpose of collecting information

The collection of your personal data is needed because you either subscribed to our newsletter (name and email address required) or made a donation through our website (bank details required for processing payments).


Our donation form, ( is powered by the Gravity Forms and Pronamic Pay. By making a donation you accept that your bank details are shared with their platform for processing the payments. 

When donating by creditcard, you accept that the right of withdrawal is not applicable for donations.  


Our website tracks and stores user data with Google Analytics to improve the user experience. This data is anonymous and not connected to your personal data. We might track which pages you visit and for how long. We might store: IP-address, location data, activities on our website, internet browser, and device type.

Storage period

Your data will be kept by ONE for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we have to keep your data for longer on the basis of a legal regulation.

The moment you contact ONE via the website or e-mail, the personal data you send, such as your name and e-mail address, telephone number, home/postal address, will be stored on the mail server. This data is kept for administrative processing for a maximum of two years.

The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.


No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the mentioned systems and software. The personal data managed by us or by the third parties can only be accessed via the above software and is protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification. In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to our website is private.


You have the right to request your data that is recorded and stored at ONE at any time. You do this by sending an e-mail or contacting ONE by email. You will then receive an overview of your data.

Is your data incorrect? Or have your details changed? You have the right to have this rectified by ONE.

Do you no longer want your data to be stored with ONE? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.

You have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that ONE is not handling your data correctly.

Do you not want ONE to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. If this mandatory information is not provided, ONE will not be able to answer your questions, send a newsletter or offer the opportunity to donate. If it is necessary to share data that you have shared with parties other than the above-mentioned parties, your permission will first be requested. ONE reserves the right to disclose the information when required by law or when ONE deems it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect ONE’s rights, property or safety.
