Naming opportunities

Donor Category 1: The Circle of Origin

Naming the garden

$1,000,000 | 1 available

For gifts of 1 million dollars or more, a donor may name the landscape. This opportunity represents a lasting legacy, placing your support at the center of a space designed for healing, play, and community connection. The landscape will welcome thousands of children and families over the years. By giving it your name, you help shape an environment that strengthens wellbeing and togetherness. Your contribution lives on in the everyday rhythms of the garden, becoming a sustained gesture of care that continues to support the community long after the initial gift is made.

Donor Category 2: The Founders of Flow

water stream

$500,000 | 1 available

The water stream is lively heart of the landscape, celebrating the rare gift of water in the desert. Children run through it, build small dams, cool their feet, and chase the flowing current. It becomes a lively gathering place where your name will be presented on the feature itself.

artful play structure

$250,000 | 1 available

An artful wooden play structure for gatherings and imaginative play. Children explore its secrets, playful attributes, and create their own play. It becomes a focal point for inspiration, hope, and social connection. The donor’s name will be placed on the structure as a lasting acknowledgment of support.

log parcour

$125,000 | 2 available

The log parcour is a playful sequence of stacked timber where children practice balance, coordination, and confidence as they move across the washes. It invites running, chasing, and inventing games together in a natural setting. The donor’s name will be presented on the feature itself as a lasting acknowledgment.

Moku Yama

$125,000 | 1 available

Moku Yama is a wooden bridge-like structure where children cross the washes through a mix of adventure and comfort. Above, they feel the excitement of height and wider views. Below, they find shelter and a quiet place to gather. The donor’s name will be featured on the structure as a lasting part of the experience.

Donor Category 3: The Keepers of Imagination

Chime Arc

$25,000 | 1 available

A series of carefully tuned chimes based on pentatonic scaling of the ‘sun frequency’ (126.22 Hz) invite visitors to play in a way that almost any sequence of notes sounds good. Bass chimes have contact microphones and subwoofers and high-pitched chimes are driven by wind.

Drum Circle

$25,000 | 1 available

A participatory percussion instrument in the form of a table around which 1, 2, 3 or 4 people can gather and change the rhythm and tempo through physical interaction.

Rolling Ball Sculpture

$25,000 | 1 available

A giant audio-kinetic sculpture by the artist George Rhoads, but without the typical protective glazing. This lets kids and adults reach in to modify the flow of billiard balls anywhere along the path and learn about simple mechanics.

Ball Wall

$25,000 | 1 available

Visitors create their own pathways for balls to flow through PVC pipes and other devices on a large wall. The exhibit is designed to be inviting for individuals but also to encourage collaboration between visitors.

Kid Wash

$25,000 | 1 available

Kids and adults run through a hoop and are squirted briefly with jets of clean water. This helps kids cool off and clean up. The water is precisely targeted for fun, cooling and cleaning without waste. Excess water runs to plants nearby.

Benches

$10,000 | 10 available

Beneath the shade of the trees, artisan wooden benches offer a calm place for children and families to rest and talk. Crafted from natural materials, they anchor moments of pause within the landscape. Each bench can carry your name.

Donor Category 4: The Stewards of the Living Path

trees

$5,000 | 30 available

Each tree offers shade, beauty, and a growing presence in the landscape. Naming a tree lets your contribution take root and become part of the daily life of children and families.

large Rocks

$2,000 | 60 available

Large desert boulders become natural anchors in the landscape, shaping paths and play. Naming a rock connects your presence to a timeless element of the terrain.

medium rocks

$1000 | 30 available

These smaller stones shape pathways and edges. Naming one lets your contribution become part of the fine details that support play, movement, and the character of the landscape.
